Your ride tickets are good any day of the festival, no matter when you buy them. Pick them up ahead of time, then use them whenever you visit, whether that's Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Since you're already here, you can pick up your Hofbräuhaus VIP Pass too. It includes a 0.5L glass stein, $15 in food and drink tokens, and a wristband for the festival, all for $40.

Prefer to skip the pre-planning? No problem. You can also walk right into the Hofbräuhaus during the festival.

Cullman Oktoberfest is an outdoor festival and it happens rain or shine. Ride tickets and VIP passes are purchased with that in mind.

If severe weather like lightning or strong winds rolls in, the festival or individual rides may close temporarily for everyone's safety. Rides will reopen as soon as conditions allow. Your ride tickets are good any day of the festival, so you can ride whenever the rides are running.

Do I need a ticket to get into Cullman Oktoberfest?

No. Admission to Cullman Oktoberfest is free. Tickets are only needed for the Ferris wheel, carousel, and Ninja Nation.

Can I use my ride ticket on a different day?

Nope. Ride tickets are good any day of the festival, Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, October 4.

Where are the rides?

The rides are in the Kinderbereich (our kids zone) at Depot Park, 309 1st Ave NE, Cullman, AL 35055.

What are the festival hours?

Thursday 4 to 10 PM, Friday 10 AM to 11 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 11 PM, Sunday 12 to 8 PM.

Can I buy tickets at the festival?

Yes, there are self-serve ticket purchase kiosks near each attraction to buy tickets. You will still need an email address to receive your ticket. Yesegegege

Is this event rain or shine?

Yes. Cullman Oktoberfest happens rain or shine. Rides and areas may close temporarily if there is lightning or strong wind, then reopen when it's safe.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, and we can't offer refunds or exchanges. Your ride tickets are good any day of the festival, so if weather causes a delay, you can come back and ride when the rides are running.

What happens to my ticket if a ride closes for a little while?

Nothing changes. Your ticket is still good for the day you bought it, and the ride reopens once conditions are safe.
